firefox 3 in fedora 8


hello everyone..
I am fairly new to Linux. I got a copy of fedora 8. The version of firefox is 2.0.0.8.
Now i need to upgrade it.
Please guide me as to how i should install /upgrade softwares in fedora 8.
thanks in advance.

wow...isn't your computer BOMBARDING you to update to fedora 9? that's one of the reasons why i stopped using fedora. well fedora uses yum for packages. just do:

Code:
yum update firefox
you also might want to just upgrade to fedora 9. it comes with a beta of ff3, but you can upgrade that using the same command.
