finding shared resources/hi mara
 
hi mara u said u like to help people in linux ???
so could u pls help me i didnt know how to be good in linux network how to find shared resourses in network (xp , win2003 server ) with linux .
i know its so grate to hv linux but i find it hard
pls help

Like everything in Linux, becomming a network specialist is a process that requires time and hard work. Knowledge comes with experience. No shortcuts here.

The tool you probably need to access your shares is Samba. You'd probably also need a client (graphical one - you can use Konqueror) or a text mode one (comes with Samba) if you prefer console mode.
