Any Emails you send in Evolution are probably copied to your Sent folder. Just go there to review any messages you've sent out. Specifically, if you go to Tools, then Settings, then edit your Email account, then go to Defaults, you will see which folder is used store copies of your Sent Email. -- J.W.

I also found out that you can add the folder to you shortcuts bar on the left hand side of evolution.

OR

you can click on the mene that says inbot at the top of the window and select any box you want.

cheers
