Filesystem recovery complete message

I received the below messages as,

kernel: EXT3-fs warning (device dm-3): ext3_clear_journal_err: Filesystem error recorded from previous mount: IO failure
kernel: EXT3-fs warning (device dm-3): ext3_clear_journal_err: Marking fs in need of filesystem check.
kernel: EXT3-fs warning: mounting fs with errors, running e2fsck is recommended
kernel: EXT3 FS on dm-3, internal journal
kernel: EXT3-fs: recovery complete. <==========================
kernel: EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with writeback data mode.

These messages are recovered while executing e2fsck but I wanted to know what does "recovery complete" means here exactly ?

Just what it says - the filesystem is now in a consistent state. The journal has been (re-)run, and any consistency errors found in the filesystem have been corrected.
