Filenames changed after restart
After I restarted my computer a lot of filenames containing accentuated characters like ĺäö has been changed. E.g. "Ebba Grön" has been changed to "Ebba Grön". This change affects all programs in X. Both using 'ls' in konsole and using GUI applications like dolphin. If I press <CTRL>+<ALT>+<F1> and list the files there I get the correct filenames ("Ebba Grön" in this case). I'm running OpenSuse and using KDE as my desktop environment if that matters.
