File upload via URL

Hello,

I would like to create a file upload facility over https.

Basically a user will use a URL to upload the file via curl or something similar.

I dont need an upload form displayed on a webpage (thats easy) but a specifically crafted URL like https://mybox/upload.

How would one approach this?
