file types


ok im in kde and everytime i double click a mp3 file in konqueror to open it it crashes. i can change the file type to open in a different player but it opens in kaboodle which i dont like, is there some way to make them automatically open in xmms when i double click the file?

Open up konqueror
go to settings .. configure konqueror its in the file associations.

ahh i was doing that before but i kinda figured it out now, it had kaboodle and xmms in the box thing for application preference order and i moved xmms up and now it works heh
