file systems iscsi target

Guys I am getting ready to build a Linux based file server I will be using ISCI with this file server. What is the best ISCSI client out there for Linux I will need something that can support Microsoft clustering features meaning the target will need to support SCSI 3 reservations? Now on to the next part of this post what is going to be my best option for a file system it needs to be able to support large data sets in upgrades of 30TB and even more?

Pretty sure openiscsi does.

" iSCSI is a data transport protocol defined in the SCSI-3 specifications framework" Meaning block commands.
