File recovery in linux !!!


Dear Friends ,

I have a RHLE 5.3 server . I configured here RAID 5 with 3 HDD. Now suddenly I have to drop a file which is very necessary to me . But i dont know how to recover it from Linux .

would u plz help me how a file can be recovered in linux server in this stage ?

Hello,

Have a look at TestDisk and PhotoRec. There are other utilities out there to recover files, try a Google search for them and see which fits you best.
