File contents copy


Hey good evening..
I am currently working on IPCOP proxy and yes i am newbee too. i am having one directory "blacklist". In this directory there are lots of categories as a directory. Each directory having 2 common file i.e. domains and urls. Now i want to collect all the contents of these two file from each directory in one single txt file. Pls help me.
