Question File association problem

I'm running Suse 9.0 and created a file association in KDE for Citrix ica files to run from the installed client. Problem is that every time I try to open one I get prompted to pick the application to open it. I've gone thru the docs @KDE.org w/no luck.

I thought it couldn't find the executable for some reason, so I created a symlink in /usr/bin but it still doesn't work. This just has to be a simple fix and I think I'm missing something obvious, but I can't think of what it would be. Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,
Glenn
