Ffmpeg

Hi guys, I'm using a pro music software program and in order to convert files it says I should use a terminal command sudo get-it ffmpeg
But when I type it in it says it's not available and to get it from another source. I don't know where to get it from. Can someone please send me to the right place?

You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux you're using now, so it's hard to tell you anything more than the link to the source code, which is the very first hit in Google for "ffmpeg"...did you look?
https://www.ffmpeg.org/

It is much better to install from your package manager, but since you're not providing details about what you're using, it's hard to say more.
