feedback on update

Don't know where to post this.

Recently installed a security update and my system no longer works - loops and displays a pretty colored screen

Not a problem - I press escape at boot time, get a menu, select older version

But I'd like to let the authors know there is a problem.

I was running 2.6.32.12-115.fc12.i686 - works fine
got in trouble with 2.6.31.5 -127.fc12.i686 - loops and shows colored pattern

hardware
1.25 ghz AMD Athlon
NVIDIA RIVA TNT display adapter
ECS K7S5a mother board

I'm sure this is the wrong place to report - but I am new here and don't know the right place

please excuse

It is pretty good about stepping you through the steps.

However; you say everything is fine with the .32.12 kernel but you have issues with the .31.5 kernel. The kernel you say you are having issues with is OLDER than the kernel that runs fine. There MAY be fixes in the newer kernel that address the issues you are seeing.
