Fedora8 changing keyboard layout help!!

I am new to linux. Few days ago, I installed Fedora 8
and while I am using in English language, sometimes
I need to use Korean language.
In the keyboard set up I add korean language, but I can't use it.
I also set up Right Alt key as changing keyboard layout key. It doesn't work.

Can anyone help me please??

What do you mean you can't use it? What are you doing?
