Fedora vs Suse


I created a new partion on my computer and want to dual boot Fedora or Suse with my Windows partion. Which version is better Fedora or Suse?

What do you want to get out of it? They are both excellent distros with good package management tools and good hardware detection.

Try them both - install one for a week, install the second for a week and make a decision on which one you liked best.

I tried Fedora and hate it. I won't trust a distro which can't even boot on an i915GM chipset - kernel panic mid-boot.

see i started with fc1 and loved it than went to fc4 and loved it but there were a few issues i had that i didnt bother working out and suse ive had hell with the last month or so. to be a better judge do as said above try it out of a while than change and try other one out for a while.
