The same way you were told the last time you asked this same question:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ssword-900808/

You can either boot to rescue mode from CD/DVD, mount your hard drive from there, and edit the /etc/shadow file, removing EVERYTHING between the first two colons for the root user (that's the encrypted password). You can boot to single user mode, and type in "passwd" from there. A brief Google search for "fedora forgot root password" brings up lots...have you tried that?

fedora password

Restart the machine, when grub shows the menu, immediately press arrow key to hold the boot session and select O/S and press "e" and select the line which is showing "kernel /vmlinuz...." press "e" and type either "1" or "single" in the end of the line after giving a space. press enter and then press "b" to boot. It take a while and now you are in single usermode with root prompt. Just type "passwd root" give your new password. Thats it. It works only then if grub is not protected by password.

1) boot from live cd
2) switch to root prompt (su -)
3) create a directory such as /system (# mkidr /system)
4) mount system volume on that directory (eg: # mount /dev/sda1 /system)
5) # mount --bind /sys /system/sys
6) # mount --bind /proc /system/proc
7) # mount --bind /dev /system/dev
8) # chroot /system
9) # passwd or # passwd root
10) # reboot

Boot in single mode.
1- With fedora cd, witre linux rescue
or
2- edit kernel paramaters

in grub menu tape 'e' then '1' then 'b'

you will get
#
write passwd

java socket

after some thinking i figured i should point out how this thread highlights the importance of good physical security, as physical access to a computer trumps any other security you put in place.
