Fedora No X-Windows

Hi,

I am running Fedora Core 1 on VMWare under windows 2003.

Now Fedora is installed with GUI (KDE).

I feel like running Fedora in VMWare make my PC show (AMD 1.8 Ghz/256 MB RAM).

How do i make the Fedora Boot in Text Mode ?

Hope Text mode will now slow down my pc.

Regards,

Yujin

Log in as root, edit /etc/inittab, find line
Code:

id:5:initdefault:
, change 5 to 3, save it. It's done.
