Fedora login problem
 

Hello guys..
I just recently installed fedore core onto my comp..It worked fine till d first day(yesterday).. but today morning when i again tried to login 2 fedora,everythn's comin fine till d login part..coz just during d time when it asks for login name n paaswd,It switches over to some full screen black terminal...(like unix)..Please tell me what i can do,to actually be able to login to linux instead of this terminal..

Try the cmd
startx
when the 'terminal' screen appears (after logging in).

Also, check the contents of /etc/inittab file (yep, 2 't's there).
Should have a line that reads

id:5:initdefault:

If yours says '3' instead of '5', you'll need to (as root user) change that 3 to a 5 using your favourite editor.
