What is "it"? What are you trying to open?
The greencloud download is a gzipped tar file; VirtualBox doesn't know what to do with it. You need to unpack the file first; there is even a video on the greencloud home page that shows how it's done (on a MAC, you need to adapt this to Windows).
Regarding your earlier problems with installing Fedora it's not quite clear what you are doing. Were you successful in installing it, and the error appeared when you started your freshly installed system? Or did this error occur when you tried installing it?
In short, tell us what were your steps.
The error message indicates that you gave VMware the following file as system image:
C:\Users\kalifa\Desktop\fedora-18-x86_64 -Lab1&2&3-Forensic\fedora-18-x86_64 -Lab1&2&3-Forensic\fedora-18-x86_64 - Copie\fedora-18-x86_64.vmdk
But this file doesn't exist (perhaps it was moved to a different location) when you start the VM.
the same error "the system cannot find the specified file" appears all the time when I try to open any operating System using VM virtual box or VMware workstation.
How did you establish those operating systems? As above, the error indicates that the operating system image is not at the location that VMware or VirtualBox expect.
