Fedora install question

Im currently downloading the .iso for fedora but i have a question for the install from the live cd, is there something similar to wubi for fedora or a way to install fedora inside windows(besides vmware)so that i dont have to fix the boot image whenever i want to uninstall it?

wubi
as in installing on a RUNNING windows os
and running the OS as a windows program

no

install MinGW on windows

just repartition windows
about 50% 50% windows / fedora

install fedora and install fedora's bootloader to the FIRST linux partition ( and NOT to the MBR ) and bootstrap windows bootloadr in grub

this is all covered in the fedora install documentation
very extensively

This seems to be a misconception. While Wubi allows you to install Ubuntu on a running Windows system it does not allow you to run Windows and Ubuntu simultaneously. It is just a convenience thing (no partitioning, no fiddling with bootloaders, convenient uninstall routine).
