Exclamation Fedora install prob

I have a huge problem installing Fedora Core 3.
My hardware.
Konfiguracija je:
ASUS i875,
P4,
Disks 2xPATA, master + slave, CS.

I've started install. DVD passed test.
With default settings or acpi=off, installation starts but floods the screen with 'Disabling IRQ10' message. install proceeds but at the end, it freezes on 'Performing post install configuration'.
If I restart there, the next boot fails with:
'Could not load operating system'.
No grub appears.

I have tried using 'noirqdebug' option but then it fails right away freezing.

HELP PLEASE!
