fedora and debain


hi does anyone know if i can do a dpkg -get--selections and dpkg -set--selections in fedora

Fedora by default uses yum rather than dpkg for Package Management. It uses .rpm files for packages rather than .deb.

You'd need to figure out the yum equivalent of what you're trying to do. The repositories for Fedora are going to be Yum style repositories.
