Fedora 64 Burn Error?
Hey everyone, I am new to the Linux world. Currently an XP user,I have been building computers for several years, but never have dipped into the Linux scene. Linux has peaked my curiousity, so I have decided to download the Fedora Core for my AMD 64 laptop. I picked the x86 64 version to suit my needs, and downloaded all 5 of the CD-Rom .iso's. Using Alcohol 120%, I tried to burn disk 1 .iso. Every time I try burning a copy of disk 1, I receive a "disk burn error" and it does not complete. I tried a few different disks and much to my chagrin, no prevail. Now I try the other .iso's, and they all successfully burn. Thinking I have a bad download, I downloaded a new copy of disk 1 .iso. Tried to burn it again; yet it yielded the same results. I get the same burn error, and it could not complete the burn. Why is this doing this? I downloaded the copies from the main fedora site.
