FEDORA 2: Change language in Openoffice WRITE

Hello.

The Openoffice comes with the Fedora Core 2 that installed recently.

I am trying to write in Openoffice document using another language. I am searching for the key combination that will allow this to happen.

In windows is is ALT+SHIFT but in Linux I have not idea how to configure it.

Thank you in advance.
