Fedora-16 error during install

i have downloaded and attempted to install "Fedora-16-x86-DVD" several times but encounter the following error:

"libsndfile-1.0.25-1.fc16.x86_64.rpm" missing or corrupt.

there are two options given: retry or eject

i am installing this 64bit OS on:

Dell Latitude D820; i686 Platform; two Intel Core2 T7200 running 2.00GHz processors

i am downloading from:

i would appreciate any help or ideas.

On the download page there is a reminder to verify the download.
Did you do so ?.

(I presume you mis-spelled the DVD name - that is not the _64 name).
