Fedora 13 in VirtualBox help with yum install system-config-kickstart

hey guys, I need help with yum install system-config-kickstart.
Ive try running this in terminal with root and user. nothing seems to work.
I got a message:
Loaded plugins: presto, refresh-packagekit
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: fedora.
Please verify its path and try again.

Guys I'm new to Linux. What should I do?

Looks like you don't have yum configured or yum repositories aren't working right. Try adding the repos provided in http://www.martindengler.com/proj/fedora_repos.html

errr, just wondering why you are using Fedora 13? I would say that is 4 years old!

The latest release is Fedora 21, Fedora 20 is still supported and Fedora 22 is due out in a month or 2.

Cheers

Loaded Plugins: presto, refresh-packagekit
Error: Cannot retreive repository metadata (rpomd.xml) for repository
Please verify its path and try again

that command will have problems on the UNSUPPORTED and very OUT OF DATE fedora 13

fedora 13 met it's timely death back in June of 2011
Rest in piece
when it went END OF LIFE

install a supported version

Fedora 20 or 21
BUT fedora 20 WILL GO END OF LIFE this coming June

30 DAYS after fedora 22 is released
