Fedora 11 VNC problem

I loaded Fedora 11 and am trying to get VNCServer started, everything runs when i start it but when i use any VNC viewer from XP, it only gives me a black screen with a X cursor, i have tried all the threads and updated and re installed for 5 days and still no luck, any help will be appreciated.......

Did you install vino?

yum install vino

After that you may run vino-preferences command to setup remote desktop connection.
