fdisk

When I type fdisk /dev/hda3 I see "Device contains neither a valid DOS partition table, nor Sun or SGI disklabel...." Should I buy a new hard drive?

one more warning

before u quit , be sure of what u have done and then only write that partiton table, else u may exit using 'q' , this will not save any changes that u have made using fdisk

'w' will write that changes

regards
