Check /usr/src/bin.

How did you install it? Yum? If so, you can use "Add/Remove Programs" in Gnome or KYum in KDE, or Yumex in both, if you have it installed. (Yes, you can use KYum in Gnome and blah blah blah... I'm trying to answer non-verbosely [and failing ;] ]).

Anyway, you can also open terminal and use yum that way. Type yum man for help.

To run it, you can probably just create a new "shortcut", with the command fluxbox.

To uninstall the old one, check /usr/src/bin and see how many fluxbox-related icons you see. Your new install may have overwritten your old one.

http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/themes.php

By default flkuxbox has an entry in the menu to change the default themse, or use custom ones.

The theme files are also quite simple, so you can alter one with a text editor if it's not quite to your liking

Start > Control Center > Appearance and Themes. Select an existing theme or,in the top right corner is a link called "Get New Themes"; click that and follow the directions to get new themes.

Good Luck.
