FC4 wont boot...

I seem to be making some progress, but I still cant get FC4 to boot. All it says is" Verifying DMI Pool Data......" Then I get prompt to boot from CD. I think I'm going to format and do a clean install. Any other suggestions?

Also, When ever I installed FC4 the first time, when i partitioned my drive i said partition the whole thing. Then I got asked are you sure, because it said that it would erase... Unfortunately i dont remember what it said... But it sounded important. Sorry I dont have any other info.

FC4-x86_64-

AMD 64 3200+
512MB DDR 400 RAM
80GB Hard Disk

For your second question, it was very important. It said it would erase all data on the disk. As for your first one, not sure...

Ah... Oh well. There wasnt anything important on there anyway...

Now... When ever I formatted a hard drive, I always slave the drives and do a full format vs. the fdisk. I prefer this way because with fdisk I always find traces of the old os.
I tried to do it with FC4 and it wont let me... It dosent even do anything. Literally nothing.

I also let FC4 do the partition, but it still wont boot.

It's driving me crazy!
