FC3 ,FC4 and GCC issue
 
is it possible to install fc4 without gcc and then later install gcc with fc3(gcc3.95) in it??
if yes,how?

No it is not possible(at least for the libgcc packages), why do you want to do something like this any how?? Backwards compatibly perhaps, if so then install the compat-gcc packages.
