Unhappy FB says I have a virus


Has anyone else had this happen, FB has locked me out because they feel I may have a virus and must run software, but there is none for Mageia wonder what to do next?

I don't know about Magiea, but Clam Antivirus runs on almost everything.

I don't think it's a "virus" issue: majority of sites call any malfuctioning of "virus"...

From the Facebook help pages it looks like somebody has been spamming Facebook using your account:

I would think it's more likely that your account details have been stolen than your computer has a virus. It is, of course, completely possible to get a virus under Linux but it is less likely than having your Facebook account password guessed or stolen in some way and your account used to spam people.
