Hi & Welcome to Linux Questions.

Your description gives little detail.

You many want to include the 'exact terminal output' and post the error in code tags. The # sign in the place where you create your message is what you would click on to post that.

Also; explain if you are running a server and what distribution you are running.

The more details that you give us the better we could be able to assist you.

Best to wait for a member with server and client experience; I'm not sure if there is something going on with the ip or the internet connection.

Is this a Linux question? How are you trying to login?

A really quick search for "Fatal Error: No access to..." turned up only links to WordPress related forums. Is this a WordPress login message? If so, you would do better to post to a WordPress forum.

My post was in the form of a question with a conditional suggestion depending on the answer.

So is it a WordPress login? If not, how are you attempting to login when you see the error message? Browser? SSH? Some other application client?

I am glad that your issue is resolved, but this is not a help desk where we can just tidy up by closing your ticket!

It would be helpful to others, and good forum etiquette to post requested information and what the resolution was. Otherwise this becomes just another dead end in search results, and leaves those who have actually tried to help you feeling a little unappreciated.

LQ is as much about communicating, interacting and making helpful information available to others as it is about getting help for your own questions.

Kindly give some clarification on this by providing details on how exactly you resolved the issue.
