How to extract rar files in RedHat Linux? Please suggest.

If you can't find the package in the repositories, you can download it from:
http://packages.sw.be/unrar/

It may not be installed, but have you checked the repositories? I'd be surprised if unrar isn't in there.

Unrar is available for Fedora in the rpmfusion-nonfree repositories - not sure if they've got a version specifically for RH

It's in rpmforge and the non-free section of rpmfusion
