Extra guest account - no access

I have an account that I cannot access on a newly setup ubuntu 13.x machine. I am trying to figure out if it's a normal account or if stupid things i did on the interwebs are making me pay.

pkill doesn't stop it
i can't log into it

Is this just a junk guest account I don't have to worry about?

the account name is "Guest - XnjWOe"

Google search "Your search - "Guest - XnjWOe" - did not match any documents."

Thanks for any help offered.

If you want to remove an account, use the command line command userdel. Or on your GUI, there must be a Menu such as "system administration" which should have an entry for user account management (I don't know the specifics for Ubuntu). This will allow you to remove the account as well.

pkill doesn't remove accounts, it stops processes.
