extra option in right click menu

I am using open suse 10.3.
When I right click on video file then there are two options called 'open with mplayer'.Any way to remove one of them like there are registry modifications to do so in windows.

You'll need to say what desktop environment you're running, e.g. KDE, GNOME, etc.
