I have tried running fsck two times on this disk and it didn't get help. its getting readonly after it is mounted to the machine, before getting readonly it works fine for few hours. Please advice me what to do?

BACK UP YOUR DATA NOW

Code:
Oct 18 11:30:02 server kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev sdf, sector 0
Oct 18 11:30:02 server kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev sdf, sector 13659734008
sounds like sdf is dying. TAKE A BACKUP while you can, and replace the disk.
