Well, I thought they are self explaining. But good to know. I'll add ToolTips for them in future.
So, first option 'Restore' will just restore the selected file or folder from the selected snapshot to it's original destination.
Second option 'Restore to ...' will restore the selected file or folder from the selected snapshot to a different location. It will ask you for the new destination.
Third and fourth option will do the same as first and second but instead of the selected file it will restore the parent folder. They are mostly useful to restore your whole system with '/' as it is hard to select '/' without this options.
Fifth option 'Restore and delete new files' will do the same as first option but it will delete files that have not been there when taking the snapshot. So you get back to exact same state as your files where during creating that snapshot.
Sixth option 'Restore /path/to and delete new files' will do the same as fifth option but again with the parent folder instead of selected file.
