Exim Filter

Dear Fellows,

I have 2 mail servers running Exim and MS Exchange. I have 2 domains abc.com and 123.com. abc.com is hosted on Exim and 123.com is hosted on Exchange. I want any email coming for abc.com to be stored locally at Exim and also deliver the copy to Exchange server forwarding it as emailid@123.com.

I hope I have made my question clear. In short I want Exim to store the mail locally and deliver the copy to other server as well. Anyone can help with Exim filter for that?
