Exact URL to get gcc?

My current version of gcc is 3.2.2 and I want to get newer one, because of a bug in it. So, where from can I download the newest stable version? I can't browse FTPs due to crappy settings of the network gateway, so if you can give me exact URL I would appreciate it.

well i read that and i wouldn't of gave the link to you if it had ONLY ftps....if you would of placed your mouse over all links and looked in your status bar, you would have noticed that the last two US links are http sites....
i am at school right now and i also can't access ftp from the lab machines and i even tested both of these sites and the download screen popped up for download, so i canceled and came here and posted for you...
so if you go and re-look you will see there is http sites....

Thanks!
These *##&#*&#($ should write with larger letters wich one URL is pointing to FTP and which one - to HTTP... Or just placed the HTTPs upper in the list...
