This shows your NIC is not recognized and the module for it is not loaded.
this is what i got when i tried to unpack as ruudra told:
rpm -Uvh package.rpm
error: kernel-2.6.9-1.667.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID 4f2a6fd2
error: kernel-2.6.9-1.667.src.rpm cannot be installed
Since I do not use rpm myself, I had to go to Google/Linux
where I performed search for rpm V3 DSA signature
, and I found this.
It seems for kernel package has to be installed/unpacked with rpm -ivh
