I am not sure but I would try
IPV6INIT=no
IPV6_AUTOCONF=no
IPV6_DEFROUTE=yes
IPV6_FAILURE_FATAL=no

If you are using a newer udev version, try this as root:
ln -s /dev/null /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-name-slot.rules

If you are using eudev this would be sufficient:
touch /etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-name-slot.rules

Sydney/

After changes to yours, internet connected but there is something strange.

The network icon on the task bar shows "eth0" is connected, but "ifconfig" shows "eth1" is connected.

Solved.

Delete eth0 at network box at task bar, and after rebooting it is created and connected.
