Im trying to get my DVDburner to work and i was wondering what i should put in my /etc/fstab file and if i have to to put something in /etc/mtab what would i put?
I need to have it so my users can unmount, mount, read and write(burning onto discs basically)
Why do you need to put anything in /etc/fstab to burn CD's? I don't have anything about my CD/DVD drives in /etc/fstab and I have no trouble burning disks. You don't need to mount disks to burn on to them. You certainly shouldn't edit /etc/mtab
Well, i don't understand why im getting an input/output error when i try and burn discs.. i figured it was the settings... =\
but cd-rs do work.. so im lost
I don't understand why it won't work with dvd-r,dvd+r,etc...
it works fine in windows =\
This is the error im getting
growisofs
