Configured VSFTPD service in RHEL-5...normal ftp server is working fine... i am able to download and upload in particular user but getting issue with below thing...
I have shared one folder in windows machine, that win shared folder has mounted in ftp user (/home/sandeep) in linux machine, when i am trying to access ftp server from external network i am able to see all windows shared data in linux ftp server, but when i am trying to download, its not happening, (Error are getting different in all browsers) In IE-6 i tried to download, only getting file download within a second, but when i am checking downloaded file property its showing 0 byte...
i tried with some option
mount -o bind username=administrator,password=mypassword //172.16.4.15/Public_Softwares /home/sandeep/test
this is not mounting....
Note: I wanted to access windows share folder/data in linux (RHEL-5) ftp server... How to do that...
