Error with SMTP sending mail on Evolution 2.4.0 on Suse 10.0

There is a problem I face with Evolution. Hsving set up an adsl connection, I configured my email account afterwards.

I can receive pop mail without any problems, yet, when I try sending via smtp, i get the following error message.

RCPT TO <mail> failed: Request action not taken: mailbox name not allowed

All of my account settings are correct.

Any suggestions/answers as to what the problem may be?

what is your SMTP server set to? Is it the correct port number?

I got it woeking after all.
I fidled with the settings and it sends mail ok now.
Stupid me.
