Error when run any command ??


When i run command in my Linux box (FC 4) it show the error :
"-bash: /bin/more: Input/output error" ? . Anyone can help me :-((

Details?

-Is it the only command to fail?
-What is the exact syntax of the command you are using (what are you typing exactly)?
-Was it working before?
-Since then is it failing?
-Have you updated recently? Is your system up-to-date?
-Have you noted anything else strange on the system, like unusual activity?
