your system must have been using backtrack grub loader to give you an option to select between both the OS (windows and backtrack)
Now since you have simply deleted your backtrack your grub is missing
This leads to two path

install backtrack and don't remove the harddisk where your windows partition is loaded
just opt for
"Install them side by side, choosing between them each startup" at the installation time of backtrack5 and everything should work fine
or
repair your windows 7 to install your missing grub loader. Here follow this link
