I can't see anything wrong on and before that line. I'm sorry, but by the looks of it I can not help you further.

Ok thanks for your time...I just figure it out...its not the httpd.conf that handle my SSL its /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/vhost-ssl.conf...I wonder why. I've read any documents and all point to httpd.conf....im using SLES...thanks
