error executing

could anybody help me to solve this error,please?

You haven't configured the startup script correctly, or haven't followed some part of the installation instructions. Since you don't say how you installed it, or on what version/distro of Linux you installed it on, the best suggestion would be to read the documentation:

mentions several things you have to do to make it work. Did you do them?
