Unhappy Error creating shared FAT32 partition

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I hope someone can help me. I successfully installed Mandrake Linux in my Win XP box after struggling with Fedora for 2 days . I'm trying to partition my disk so both XP and Linux can share it according to the "Creating shared FAT32 Partition" on this web site HOWTOS. However, I'm getting the error: "No free sectors available" when I run fdisk. Here is the info:

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hdb1 * 1 15297 122873121 7 HPFS/NTFS
/dev/hdb2 15298 19929 37206540 5 Extended
/dev/hdb5 15298 16061 6136798+ 83 Linux
/dev/hdb6 16062 16124 506016 82 Linux swap
/dev/hdb7 16125 19929 30563631 83 Linux

Command (m for help): n
Command action
l logical (5 or over)
p primary partition (1-4)
p
Partition number (1-4): 3

No free sectors available

This is a new hard disk that I added and installed with XP. This is my master disk which contains XP:

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/hda1 * 1 2088 16771828+ 7 HPFS/NTFS
/dev/hda2 2089 7472 43246980 f W95 Ext'd (LBA)
/dev/hda5 2089 7471 43238916 7 HPFS/NTFS

It seems like you don't have space available in /dev/hdb disk.
To my knowledge, you only create a extended partition when you already have three primaries. But your extended is the second (/dev/hdb2). So, you'll have to edit this layout more thoroughly.
